How are subscriptions different from credits?
Subscriptions give you access to a wider array of features, including a monthly or annual credit allocation.
Do unused credits expire?
Unused credits expire at the end of each billing period—either monthly or annually, based on your plan.
Will I be charged for subscriptions while Intangible is in Beta testing?
Our Beta period ends January 5, 2026. After that, every plan begins with a 2-week risk-free trial. For now, all plans are free—only credits are paid.
How can I get additional credits?
Additional credits are available as credit packs. See the pricing table for the image and video assets you get with each pack.
Do you provide refunds for credits?
Due to the costs we incur when generating images, we’re unable to provide refunds.
